Things are looking up.

Well yesterday morning I had to take my Arrythmia test that I have been going to class for. I was able to put the test off a few days and take it on my time. Which worked great for me.

Well I went and sat for 1 1/2 hrs and was honest god going to freak out. The first part was 50 questions, true/false, diagrams and things like that. The second part was copies of EKG strips or cardiac monitoring strips. I broke into a sweat just looking at it. My mind went blank!!!!

So I did the first half. Did the second half the strips because I didn't have a choice. I just kind of wung it. Hoping the answers would come to me.

Well all that studying paid off. I got a 90 on the test itself. Out of 20 strips I only got marked on one and got a couple wrong on the first part.

I couldn't believe it.

Pretty soon my life will be turned upside down when I go back to training on days. It's only for 200hrs but Im such a night person.

Next obstacle will be the Critical Care course and then to be ACLS certified. Im looking forward to a new venture in the nursing field. Im excited about learning new critical care skills and trying to find where I belong in nursing.
